Routine appointments
Patients are advised wherever possible to use our online request system which you can access below.
You will be asked to provide information about your need for an appointment and our team will aim to contact you within 24 hours.
If you are unable to go online, please call our Reception Team who will take you through the online form.
All requests are processed in the same way.
Sometimes you may not need an appointment with a member of our team for your problem and will instead be signposted to the appropriate service for your need.
Cancelling your appointment
If you have an appointment and cannot attend or wish to cancel, please telephone us on 0117 3012080 or use our online form below.
Consult with a Doctor online
Get help from your GP with Klinik. You can submit any medical query, including an appointment request.
Extended Access
The surgery is open between 6:30-7pm every night of the week for patients to book evening appointments with a Nurse. We also offer a late GP clinic on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm and alternate Saturday morning clinics.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to attend the surgery, please request a home visit by calling Reception. Our GP’s will assess your symptoms over the phone prior to arranging a visit.
Please refrain from requesting a home visit unless absolutely necessary. Home visits are for genuinely housebound and end-of-life patients only.
