Requesting Appointments

We encourage patients to submit requests for appointments via our online system, Klinik, using the link below.

If you are unable to go online, please call our Reception Team who will take you through the form over the phone. If you attend the surgery, you can use the tablet in Reception or access our free WiFi on your own device to submit the form online, and our Reception team are on hand to assist if needed.

All requests – whether received online, over the phone, or by presenting at the desk – are processed in the same way. We therefore ask you to go online wherever possible to keep the phone lines free for patients who are unable to use the internet. All requests are triaged based on clinical urgency.

Our hours of triage are 8am to 4pm, and your request will be responded to or acknowledged by the end of the next working day. Any queries submitted after 4pm will not be triaged until the following day, so if your problem is clinically urgent please telephone Reception and speak to a member of the team.

Sometimes you may not need an appointment with a member of our team for your problem and will instead be signposted to the appropriate service for your need.
